JOIN A ROWING PROGRAM
Join us in 2025 on the Kaministiquia River, THE BEST waters for rowing in Canada.
Many people are drawn to rowing for its low-impact nature, non-contact dynamics, and exceptional cardiovascular and calorie-burning benefits. As a sport that welcomes late beginners, rowing offers a unique opportunity for adolescents and adults to start fresh alongside others who are also discovering it for the first time.
If you already know how to row and long to feel the thrill of gliding through the water, you can join a rowing program at any time and make the water your second home. If you're new to the sport, we welcome you to start your journey with a Learn to Row course, where you'll master the fundamentals and experience the joy of rowing firsthand.
